A few roaches at night usually means hundreds behind the walls — our Lamar, CO technicians find the harborage, not just the symptoms. Beyond the disgust factor, roach activity is tied to real indoor air quality concerns, so we treat every call with genuine urgency.
Our team trains specifically on German and American roach behavior, not generic pest protocols.
Roach calls in Lamar, CO get priority routing — most jobs are on-site within hours, not days.
Pricing is locked in before treatment starts, based on infestation severity and unit count, never guessed at.
We use gel bait stations, IGR (insect growth regulator) formulations, and UV inspection lights to find harborage other companies miss. Every visit generates a service record with harborage locations noted, useful for future reference or if you decide to sell.
We target the tight, moist harborage spots — under the fridge, behind the dishwasher — where German roaches breed fastest.
Perimeter and sewer-line treatment for the larger American roaches that travel up through drains and foundation gaps.
A single ootheca can hatch 30-40 nymphs — we schedule a 2-3 week follow-up specifically timed to the roach egg cycle.
IPM-based treatment for restaurants and food-service accounts, documented for health inspection compliance.
We walk the property identifying moisture sources, food debris zones, and gaps that let roaches back in after treatment.
Quarterly visits maintain the gel bait barrier and re-inspect known hot spots year-round.
Describe what you're seeing — daytime activity, egg capsules, kitchen or bathroom concentration — so dispatch can brief the right technician.
A fully-stocked technician arrives with gel bait, IGR, and inspection tools already loaded, ready to start without a return trip for supplies.
The technician traces roach activity to its source — often a spot you'd never think to check — before pricing the job.
Treatment is applied to harborage points with a written 48-hour and 2-week follow-up plan, backed by our service guarantee.

If roaches are visible in daylight, the colony behind your walls has likely outgrown its hiding spots.
Gel bait works through secondary transfer — roaches carry it back to the nest — so expect a steady decline over several weeks, not an overnight fix.
We'll tell you exactly which areas to clear during scheduling — usually just under-sink cabinets and stovetop drawers.
We use targeted placement rather than broadcast spraying, which keeps active ingredients away from living spaces.
German roaches stay close to food and water sources indoors, while American roaches (waterbugs) move between sewers, drains, and the building itself.
